Changing your oil removes old oil. But what about the deposits left behind inside your engine? Today’s engines run higher temperatures, higher cylinder pressures, tighter tolerances and longer oil-change intervals — conditions that contribute to oil thickening, carbon deposits and sludge over time.

Clean the Engine Internally
Before the old oil is drained, BG EPR® Engine Performance Restoration® is added directly to the crankcase and circulated through the engine — dissolving and suspending deposits in the old oil. The contaminated oil drains out with the deposits, and the filter is replaced.

Protect the Fresh Oil
The engine is filled with the correct amount and viscosity of quality engine oil, and BG Advanced Formula MOA® is added to provide additional protection and help maintain engine performance between services.

Clean the Fuel System
BG Platinum® 44K® is added to the fuel tank to clean deposits throughout the gasoline fuel system — injectors, valves and combustion chambers.

Oil Consumption?
Deposits may be part of the problem.
Oil consumption doesn’t automatically mean an engine needs to be rebuilt. Deposits around piston rings and other internal components can contribute to poor ring operation and increased oil consumption — and when that’s the case, professional internal cleaning can help remove deposits and restore proper operation.
We evaluate the condition of your vehicle and determine whether an Engine Performance Service, further diagnostics or a mechanical repair is the appropriate next step. We don’t believe in selling a chemical when the vehicle actually needs a repair.
