Bring Us Your Damaged Hydraulic Hose

Bring the damaged hose to our shop at 8575 Gholson Road, Waco, TX 76705. We can inspect the assembly, identify the hose and fittings, and manufacture a replacement hydraulic hose up to 1-inch inside diameter.

Before You Come In

1. 1Safely shut down and depressurize the equipment before removing anything.
2. 2Photograph or tag the hose routing before removal so reinstallation is straightforward.
3. 3Protect open hydraulic ports and the hose ends from dirt and contamination.
4. 4Bring the complete hose — and both fittings — whenever possible.
5. 5Do not cut off or discard the original fittings before we inspect them.
6. 6Bring equipment information (make, model, year) and photos of the hose routing.
7. 7Tell us the application and the operating pressure if you know it.

The original hose tells us the diameter, length, fitting style and orientation, bend relationship, thread type and hose construction — bringing it in whole is the fastest path to an accurate replacement.
